If I could give 10 stars for each category I absolutely would. Ate here 3 out of 6 days we were on vacation. The BEST BBQ brisket/macaroni and cheese and greens you're gonna find on the East coast. Stop sleeping on Mad Apples. This place is amazing, the chefs are superb and the atmosphere is everything you want in a laid back vacation spot. Chef Shaina please come to Philly, we will appreciate you here.

Sooooo glad we finally stopped in here. A hidden gem! Welcoming environment, food was absolutely delicious and it’s just so dang cute in there 😭!! Can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu!

The salmon BLT, Mac & Cheese, and fried chicken sandwich were delicious! The staff were very welcoming and the whole place is a vibe. Can’t wait to try more from the menu, and love the names of the dishes.

Hungry at the end of long day on the river and boy did we hit the jackpot! Had the catfish special with a side of collard greens and was not disappointed! If I wasn't 3hrs away, this would be a regular stop for me. Keep up the great work!!

Was vacationing from New York stopped by to get some food and everything I tasted was amazing.. Seasoned to perfection.. The shrimp, the brisket cheesesteak, catfish and lemonade to wash it down was all good.

Amazing! The owner was so personable. It's clear that a lot of thought and time went into every aspect of the remodel, including the menu! I can't say enough good about the whole experience. Friendly staff, excellent food (including desserts), and great atmosphere. There's a wide variety on the menu. A nice place to visit for a refreshing treat after your trip at the cool snake farm next door. The inside was setup like an old fashioned parlor but with a nice new modern bar and stools. Cute decor and pictures on the walls. There was a stage with instruments so I assumed there is a musical venue at night. The owner or manager was very polite and even set up some 80s dance music(which my wife loved😆) for us as my kids happily lapped at the delicious fresh ice cream. Would definitely visit again.
